About MAUN

 Welcome to Muş Alparslan University (MAUN)

Muş Alparslan University (MAUN) is a higher education institution located in Muş, Turkey. It was established in 2007. As of the 2022-2023 academic year, MAUN has a total of 10535 students at different levels including vocational school, undergraduate, Master's and PhD.

Located in the Eastern Anatolia Region, Muş is about three hours away from neighboring major cities including Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzurum and Van. Direct flights are available from Ankara, Bursa, İstanbul and İzmir. The city is known for its beautiful tulips that blossom in spring and cover the whole Muş plain.

MAUN has 18 academic units including 10 faculties, six vocational schools and two graduate schools:
